How to add email signature with Gmail

After you have created your email and know how to send email one important task is to add email signatures in your account

1. Login to your Gmail Account
   
2. Click Settings at the top
   
3. Enter your new signature text in the box at the bottom of the page next to the Signature option.
   
4. Click Save Changes.

Thus you have created an email signature for your gmail, to test this signature just send an email to yourself and check whether you are able to see your signature in grey color at the bottom of your email.

If you don't want your signature to appear for any message, their is no automatic way for this process, you have to manually delete your signature before sending the email.

You cannot send any html link or graphics as a signature because gmail doesn't supports it.
