how to send email

In order to send email you must first create an email account and log in. After logging in in your email account you will find an option called "compose" or "create". This option is used to create an email before sending it.

Basic Terms to know while composing an email.

TO - write email address of those people to whom you want to send emails (Mandatory)
Cc - write email address of those people to whom you want to send carbon copy of your email
BCc - write email address of those people to whom you want to send carbon copy of your email but hidden from others who are in TO or Cc field
Subject - Write the subject of email (Mandatory)
Attachments - To Attach any file
Body - The email itself

Send Button - To send the email
Save Draft Button - Saves the email in the Drafts folder
